Bad habits are easier to abandon today than tomorrow. Habit is overcome by habit. It cannot be tossed out the window; it must be coaxed down the stairs a step at a time. Put first things first & begin with the end in mind. Divide each difficulty into as many parts as necessary to resolve it. You are what you repeatedly do. Good habits change into character & are just as hard to break as bad. SMILE ~ Happiness is a habit 🙂
